Gallery 270’s exhibition of “Michael Massaia: Endings,” comes to a close on July 31st. Many have enjoyed these heartfelt photographs that pay homage to the special place that the Waldorf Astoria was for those privileged to spend time in its historic spaces, hallowed rooms, lounges, corridors and grand ballrooms. This Art Deco masterpiece is no more but it’s magical essence lives on in these evocative images Michael took in countless shoots over the course of 15 years. Please join us for rare evening in which the artist and the gallery director will be sharing their observations and taking your questions beginning at 8pm. This is an event you’ll not want to miss, there may even be a few surprises in store for those in attendance.
This very special evening happens Thursday July 27, 2023, from 7 pm – 9 pm with the artist/director program scheduled at 8 PM. This will be a wonderful opportunity for insights from Michael and to learn more about what drives his creative process.
