Please join us for a wine and cheese reception to welcome and meet some of the artists represented in the Monalog Collective. We are thrilled to present the work of these twelve stalwart artists whose goals and Gallery 270’s run perfectly parallel. A big part of the mission of the Gallery and Collective is to extol the virtues of and support photography’s vintage processes. They work to create and promote an amazing variety of singular photographs of outstanding value in traditional photographic processes including silver gelatin, and carbon transfer, where the hand of the artist is intimately engaged.
Though Gallery 270 shows these singular pieces through the highest quality scans on our digital platforms, the full dimensionality of the work can only be seen, appreciated, and experienced in person; all the better at an opening where attendees can learn firsthand from the creators themselves.
